NTL suck

I have a cable TV service (I use the word loosely) from NTL. I pay an amount of money to be able to watch cable TV 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. However, it would appear that when this service goes wrong only provide support during office hours.

So, here I am on a Saturday afternoon with what seems to be a broken cable TV box and no prospect of even getting someone to start thinking about the problem until Monday morning at 9am.

It is no good - they have simply got to go !!
